Please ensure that your presentation is well timed and does not exceed the allotted duration.
Presenters may use a USB flash drive; however, ensure the device has been scanned for viruses beforehand.
All speakers should meet their session chair in the assigned room 10 minutes before the session begins to transfer their presentation file to the session computer.
It is recommended to also email a backup copy of your presentation to yourself.
If your slides include videos, please verify that the media files are correctly formatted and properly linked within the presentation.
Please sign in with the session chair before your session begins. At least one author must remain at the poster for most of the session to present the work to attendees and to ensure that their attendance is verified by the session chair.
Poster stands will be available onsite. Please set up your poster at least 15 minutes before your session begins and remove it after the session ends. Unclaimed posters will be discarded. Staff members will be available to assist you if needed.
