Final Paper Submission Guidelines

The final version of accepted papers must be submitted before November 9th, 2025.

The final version of accepted papers must be prepared according to the IEEE Xplore formatting procedure. Any accepted paper submitted without using this procedure will not be included in IEEE-Xplore.

Copyright Notice

You also need to add 1 line, in the footnote of the first page, to your final (camera ready) version of your paper: the IEEE copyright notice:

This is mandatory for all papers of authors not in the following groups:

• For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
• For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia): 979-8-3315-6889-4/25/$31.00 ©2025 Crown

IEEE PDF eXpress Requirements

Submissions must follow IEEE PDF eXpress requirements.

• Before Creating a PDF: Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
• Creating your PDF eXpress Account:

1. Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress™ site.
2. First-time users should select the "New Users - Click Here" link, enter the Conference ID 68240X, and use your email address as the password.
3. Previous users should log in with their existing credentials and verify contact information.
4. Click "Continue" followed by "Create new title" for checking and converting the file.
5. It is recommended to submit a MS Word file, so PDF Express will directly convert it to the correct format.
6. Browse and upload the file.
7. Click on the Paper Title to view the PDF. Keep the PDF name as generated by the PDF eXpress website.

Final Submission Process

After generating the PDF using IEEE PDF eXpress:

1. Submit the PDF file on the Microsoft CMT system in the Camera Ready section.
2. Generally, the PDF file name will be a large number. Do not change the name of the obtained file, otherwise IEEE Xplore will not find it.
3. Please submit the file before the deadline. Deadline: November 9th, 2025.
