It is with great pleasure to invite you for the first time through this editorial, to exchange and watch in order to make our institute “the locomotive of Blida1 University”. I am also very happy to address the entire community of the Institute of Veterinary Sciences (Teachers, ATS staff and students) via the institutional site of our Blida 1 university.
Also, I am counting on you to put your skills and professionalism at the service of our institute. For my part, as Director of the Institute of Veterinary Sciences, I will spare no effort to ensure management in total transparency where excellence cannot be decreed unless it is based on listening, the spirit of team and responsiveness.
At the center of my priorities is also communication in its various face-to-face and remote forms via paper and electronic versions. I also insist on the application of the regulations in force at all levels. As for the concerns expressed by the representatives of the various categories of the veterinary community, I remain attentive by dialoguing in all circumstances and I work with my collaborators (S/DAF, DE, Head of laboratories, Heads of departments, Head of the clinic, Heads of services and librarian) to improve the educational, scientific and administrative management while also updating the minimum requirements of the clinic of the Institute of Veterinary Sciences by rehabilitating it and ensuring that its operation complies with standards standards.
The educational and scientific training of veterinary students is the center of gravity of all my unconditional efforts and concerns regarding the quality of training and environmental conditions.
The dignity, mutual respect, recognition, training, promotion and support of teacher-researchers and administrative and technical staff will be guaranteed.
However, to achieve these objectives, the human component of the institute must be endowed with a climate of trust and serenity which can only prevail if the awareness, seriousness, rigor and love for the work of this community are sizeable and constitute a guarantee of success.
To do this, transparency and impartiality in the day-to-day management of the institute must be the rule at all levels of the institution.
