File to provide for an internship abroad

File to be provided for a short-term internship (less than or equal to six months)

1- Handwritten request

2- Application form for an internship abroad

3- Detailed progress of the thesis project (PhD student)

4- Review of scientific productions

5- Certificate of education (PhD student)

6- copy of visa or near visa appointment

7- Replacement certificate

8- Bank/CCP identity statement

9- Photocopy of the insurance card

10- The internship report for teachers who have benefited from an internship during the previous academic year

11-Ticket stub + PAF form or copy of passport justifying the date of exit and entry for teachers who have benefited from an internship during the previous academic year.

On return:

– An internship report approved by the host institution

– PAF form signed by the head of department and stamped by the border police (Download the PAF form).
