Created in April 2011, the laboratory research on entrepreneurship, human resource management and sustainable development (LREDD) is a research framework for professors-researchers of the Faculty of Economics and Management Sciences at Saad Dahlab University - Blida (Algeria) in the fields of entrepreneurship, human resource management and sustainable development.

The laboratory wants to offer courses for professionals, researchers and young graduates interested in entrepreneurship, human resource management and sustainable development. These courses will also help to prepare students for the Masters and PhD in economics and management sciences.

The laboratory should allow the thesis defense in very diverse fields ranging from corporate social responsibility to sustainable development models in situations of transition and economic changes.

Nationally and internationally, LREDD will maintain regular contact with numerous research centers and laboratories in areas related to entrepreneurship, human resource management and sustainable development.
