The central library of the university receives its readers: teachers and students of Blida 1 University, the inter-library loan (PIB) allows students of higher education establishments in the national territory to benefit from the services of university libraries.

Opening hours at the library are:

from Sunday to Thursday from 08:30 a.m. until 16:00 p.m.

from 16:00 a.m. until 22:00 p.m.

Readers are asked to respect the reading rooms, to make sure to leave the spaces clean and not to eat food or leave leftovers on the tables or on the floor.
