The University of Blida1 received, on Sunday April 14, 2024, a Turkish delegation from the Academy of Higher Education and Training in Istanbul, led by its president, Prof. Abderrahmane Hocine.
This visit was culminated by the signing of a partnership agreement with the department of dental surgery of the Faculty of Medicine, Monday April 15, 2024, represented by the rector of the University of Blida1 and the Academy of Higher Education and Training in Istanbul, represented by its President, Prof. Abderrahmane Hocine.
The objective of this convention is to promote training in dental surgery for the benefit of students and teachers, as well as to open up new perspectives in this field.
In his speech, the rector of the University of Blida1, underlined the importance of new information technologies in the medical field and indicated that this cooperation will be extended, in a next stage, to other specialties.
On this occasion, the Turkish delegation paid a visit to the House of Entrepreneurship, the Faculty of Sciences and the Experimental Station.
The organization of an international seminar was envisaged in order to benefit from the experiences and knowledge of each party in the field of dentistry, particularly in terms of digitalization.
