Development and characterization of thin layers for inorganic materials

Team 3

The theme of our study is focused on the development of new materials from certain methods of synthesis of oxide materials such as: tungstate and molybdate materials, vanadates, sesquioxides, perovskites and garnets: doped and co-doped with earth elements rare for optical and photonic applications (solid lasers, Raman, etc.).
– Growth from melted zone (Cz, µPD, LHPG, etc.).
– Structural characterizations for the identification of phases and even the limit state of the solid solution for certain compounds.
– Optical and vibrational characterizations of all these compounds to see the effects; temperature, chemical species, co-doping doping element and its concentrations, bonds and its types……
