The purpose of this agreement is to define the conditions of collaboration and exchange, relating to the areas of training, fundamental and applied scientific research, development and expertise falling within the activity of each of the two parties.

the objectives of both parties are as follows:

• Welcome; training and development of student interns from the Faculty of Medicine by the El Kendi laboratory.
• Exchange of technical and scientific knowledge and skills.
• Jointly develop an annual work program consistent with the objectives set by both parties.
• Joint organization or at the initiation of one of the two parties, of conferences, seminars
• Exchange of scientific and technical information in order to improve and update knowledge on the state of technology for the benefit of the staff of the faculty of medicine and the laboratory
