The mission of student life is to provide the necessary framework for commitment, education and the development of the spirit of research among students. It also strives to develop an environment that will optimize their university experience and prepare them to serve our community.

Registration

Access to higher education and training is open to holders of the baccalaureate or a foreign title recognized as equivalent.
A new registration procedure has been implemented by the Ministry of Higher Education since the 2006/2007 academic year such that the pre-registration, orientation and appeal of new graduates are done exclusively online.

FILE TO BE PROVIDED :
Original baccalaureate certificate
– (2) Two legalized copies of the baccalaureate certificate.
– (2) Two birth certificate extracts issued by the municipality of birth.
– (1) A residence certificate.
– (1) An individual civil status record.
– (2) two passport photos.
– (4) Four stamped envelopes addressed to the student.
– Data sheet to be completed by the student (print issued by the establishment).
– Social security printout (printout issued by the establishment.)
– Receipt confirming assignment.

Payment of registration fees (200 da) at the University of Blida.

Cultural and sporting activities
The sub-directorate for scientific, cultural and sporting activities is located in the “Auditorium” cultural complex near entrance no. 2 for students.
Health
OPENING OF THE UNIVERSITY'S NEW CMS

The person in charge of the CMS has the honor to inform you of the opening of a new Medico Social Center of the university located at the main entrance on the Soumàa side.
The university offers infirmaries, preventive medicine services at the campus and residence hall levels.
The team of doctors and nurses is available to students offering their services (care, medical consultations, etc.)

University catering
The student can benefit from a meal in the university restaurant with his student card and a meal ticket.
CNAS
SOCIAL INSURANCE FILE:
– A birth certificate (12).
– Photocopy of the school certificate.
– A crossed check.
“CHIFA” CARD FILE:
– Two white background photos.
– Photocopy of the national card.
– Photocopy of the blood group card.
University transport
The student benefits from university transport by paying an annual subscription.

By car
At the ALGER-BLIDA Highway exit, take the direction of OULED YAICH, SOUMAA.
By plane

Criteria to benefit from the scholarship
– The student must have a bachelor's degree beforehand and be regularly enrolled in a higher education course. The grant is awarded for the entire period of study.
– In the event of a repetition, it is renewed only once and will be suspended on a second failure.
– The benefit of the scholarship is subject to the level of the parents' combined income.
File to provide
– A legalized copy of the original baccalaureate certificate.
– A legalized copy of the school certificate.
- A birth certificate.
– A certificate of Algerian nationality for the student born abroad and whose parents were born abroad.
– Two (2) stamped envelopes addressed to the student's address.
– A recent photo ID.
– A crossed check from the student (ccp, bank, treasury, cnep).
Parental income:
Liberal function:
– Excerpt from the role cleared or with deadlines for the year (n-1).
– Certificate of income issued by the tax authorities for the year (n-1).
Official:
– Statement of emoluments for the year (n-1).
– Certificate of non-taxation issued by the tax services for the year (n-1).
No occupation :
-Certificate of non-activity approved by the APC services of the parents' residence.
-Certificate of non-taxation issued by the tax services of the residence of the parents.
Retirement :
– Retirement certificate for the year (n-1)
– Certificate of non-taxation issued by the residence of the parents.
Divorced Parents :
– Divorce certificate.
– Certificate of support (LA KAFALA).
Deceased relatives:
– Death certificate of the deceased parent.
Hosting
THE BENEFIT OF ACCOMMODATION:
To benefit from a university room, the student must:
– Be enrolled in a higher education course.
– Being on a scholarship (not practicing any profession).
- Be under 28 years old.
– Live more than 30 km away for girls and more than 50 km away for boys.
Accommodation is in shared rooms, the number of beds of which varies from one residence to another.

CONSTITUTION OF THE CHAMBER FILE FOR NEW BACHELORS:
– Application on form provided by the administration
– Baccalaureate transcript (legalized).
– A birth certificate extract.
– A certificate of residence (not a residence card).
– Certificate of mileage (issued by public works, students living in w.Blida).
– Two medical certificates (phthysiology and general medicine).
– Two stamped envelopes addressed to the student's address.
– Three passport photos.
– A copy of the registration certificate.
– Commitment of the father or guardian to pay the financial services of the city.

THE ALLOCATION OF THE ROOM IS FOR ONE YEAR ONLY, TO HAVE A ROOM THE FOLLOWING YEAR A RENEWAL OF THE FILE IS NECESSARY EACH YEAR-END.
